Vantisave
How it works

From slate to final buzzer in eight steps.

Everything you need to build a lineup, enter a slate and follow it to the end.

01Start

Check that you can play

Vantisave is for adults aged 18 and over in places where fantasy sports games are allowed. It is free — you will never be asked to pay, and there is no sign-up.

02Slate

Choose a slate

Open the Contests page and pick a slate. Each slate has three games and covers all six teams in the game, so every player is available.

03Lineup

Fill eight spots

A lineup has eight spots: PG, SG, SF, PF and C, plus G (any guard), F (any forward) and UTIL (anyone). Players listed at two positions can fill a spot matching either one — the builder places them automatically.

You have 100 credits. Prices run from 5 to 25 based on each player's role.

04Limits

Respect the limits

No more than four players from one team, and players from at least three different teams.

05Star

Name your Star

One player is your Star. Their fantasy points are multiplied by 1.5 — including any negatives.

06Enter

Enter the slate

When every rule is ticked, press Enter contest. Your lineup is locked for that entry and saved in your browser.

07Play

Play the games

Play one game at a time or jump to the end. Every game produces a full box score — points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers and threes — and the fantasy points each player earned.

Box scores come from our game engine, based on each player's role and price with a random element. They are simulated, not real games.

08Results

Check the standings

Your lineup is ranked against 49 computer-generated lineups built under the same rules. When the last game ends, your finish is saved to My Results with your season total.

Practical tips

Small habits, better lineups.

Nothing guarantees a result, but these avoid the most common mistakes.

Value lives in the middle

Two stars leave little room under 100 credits. The best lineups usually find two or three mid-priced players who fill the stat sheet.

Bigs rebound, guards pass

Rebounds and assists are weighted higher than points. Centres and point guards often outscore pure shooters.

Star the stat-stuffer

The Star multiplier rewards consistency. A player who scores, rebounds and assists is a safer Star than a streaky shooter.

Use the flexible spots

G, F and UTIL let you fit an extra star at a deep position. Fill the strict spots first, then the flexible ones.
