Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Who we are
vantisave.com is operated by the Vantisave team ("we", "us"). You can reach us about any privacy matter at hello@vantisave.com.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. If you write to us by email or through the contact form (which opens your own email app), we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request.
- Browser storage. Your age confirmation and cookie notice choice are saved in your own browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
We do not collect payment information — Vantisave is free and has no payments of any kind.
How we use it
- to answer your questions and handle requests;
- to keep the site secure, diagnose faults and prevent abuse;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Legal bases
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and on your request when you contact us.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends. Server logs are deleted within 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting and email), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to object to processing and to receive a copy of it. Email hello@vantisave.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Vantisave is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any update on this page and change the date at the top.
