1. Agreement
By using vantisave.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for making sure that taking part in fantasy sports games is allowed where you live.
3. Free-to-play only
Vantisave is free. There are no entry fees, deposits, subscriptions or purchases, and no cash or other prizes. Credits and points exist only within the game, have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed.
4. Game rules
The rules of the game are set out on the How to Play, Points and Contests pages. We may clarify or update them at any time.
5. Fair play
Do not use automated tools to interfere with the site, attempt to access systems you are not permitted to, impersonate others, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Player data and simulated results
All players, teams, tours and tournaments in the game are fictional. Contest results are generated by our game engine; they are not real results and are not predictions of real events. Vantisave is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, tour, team or athlete, and all names and marks belong to their owners.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code belong to the Vantisave team. You may link to any page freely.
8. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of a free website.
